Urbanowicz sworn in as new school board president Joseph Urbanowicz will serve as president and Fran Feuerman as vice president on the Peekskill School Board for the 2011-2012 year.

Summer school in full swing in Peekskill

This summer, about 250 Peekskill students have enjoyed learning in the cool comfort of the new Peekskill Middle School. From students aged five to seventeen, there were learning opportunities for all.

School district appoints two administrators

Joseph Mosey was named Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction, and Frederick Hutchinson was named Director for Reading and Gifted, a new position, by the Peekskill School Board of Education.
